Emergency COVID-19 aid

The widespread suffering the pandemic has caused has prompted many organisations to do all that they can to help those communities and organisations with which they are connected to cope. Pontes was able to distribute more than 22 tons of cleaning products and food, as well as clothing and money, to 62 communities in the states of Ceará, Piauí, and Maranhão.

Donations were also made to three institutions that support homeless, unemployed, and elderly people, in total benefiting more than 9,600 people.
