Our company is strongly committed to supporting local producers in any way we can.
To scale up the positive impacts of our supply chain training programme and deliver long-term
sustainable results, in 2021 we launched an empowering partnership to support farmers and
rural workers in the Carnauba extraction fields.
By June of this year we had promoted 4 events for 540
participants, with further events scheduled for July to
help farmers and workers prepare themselves for the
harvest which will begin in late July/August.
We are grateful to our partners at Developpp, supported
by GIZ – Deutsche Gesellschaft Für Internationale
Zusammenarbeit GmbH – who have helped us to amplify
the benefits of the programme.
