The Feedback & Discussions Department within the company acts as a moderator, listening to both parties and helping to bring about conflict resolution and changes in practice wherever deemed necessary.

All matters brought to the attention of the Feedback & Discussions Department are treated with the utmost confidentiality, care and discretion at all times. The Feedback & Discussions Department forwards all questions, criticism or praise direct to Management and continues actively to monitor the steps taken to resolve every issue brought to its attention.
